Overnight oats… you may remember me posting these before but just in case you missed it I thought I would put it up again. There are some more complicated recipes online but I like to keep it simple and it never fails me in the morning!
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt,
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup,
and 1/3 cup rolled oats.
This is the basic recipe but then you can top it with whatever fruit you like, I generally use frozen blueberries or peaches but today I made a few with just a touch of cinnamon and then cover with a splash of unsweetened coconut or almond milk (regular milk will also work here) close it up and pop in the fridge and in the morning stir and enjoy.
*if you use frozen fruit add it into the container before putting in the fridge, if you use fresh fruit like kiwi, bananas, apples or berries you can simply add on top in the morning right before serving.
